Revocation of your approval for data handling

Many steps of data handling are only possible with your approval. You are able to revoke your approval at any time. To do this you can just send a short email to us. The revocation does not include data that has been handled up until the time of the revocation.

Complaints procedure at the responsible authorities

In case of violation of the legal regulations in terms of data protection the affected person is able to complain to the responsible authorities. In Germany the responsible person is the state data protection commissioner of the federal state in which the company is seated (North-Rhine-Westphalia). 4. Data capture on our webpage

Cookies

The information in the contact form will be saved until you request us to delete them, recant your permission or the purpose for saving the data disappears (e.g. after the processing of your inquiry is finished). Legal regulations – especially periods for safekeeping – will remain unaffected.

Registration on this Webpage

Data handling (Client- and Contract data)

We collect, handle and use personal data only in the case they are essential for the establishing of, defining the content and structure of or changing the legal relation (continuance data). This happens according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the data handling for contractual fulfilling or pre-contractual actions. Personal data that are created by the usage of our Webpage (usage data) will be saved, handled and used only as far as it is necessary to enable the user to use the service or for invoicing.  The saved client data will be deleted after the finalization of the contract or the ending of our business relationship.  Legal periods for safekeeping will remain unaffected.

Transfer of data when the contract is concluded (external services and digital content)

We will transfer personal data to third parties only if it is necessary in order to process the contract (e.g. credit institutions that will handle the payment). There will be no further transfer unless you gave us your permission to the transfer. There will be no data transfer to third parties e.g. for advertising purposes. This happens according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the data handling for contractual fulfilling or pre-contractual actions.

SSL- / TLS encoding

This webpage uses a SSL- / TLS encoding system out of safety reasons and to secure the transfer of confidential data, which you send us as a webhost. To recognize the encoded connection you can find a small lock in your browser top line and a change of the domain-adress from “http://” auf “https://”. When SSL- / TLS encoding is activated, data you send us can not be read by third parties.

 

5. Analyzing Tools and Advertising Matomo (formerly PIWIK)

This webpage uses the open source web analyzing service Matomo. Matomo uses so called “Cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer and enable the host to analyze the use of this webpage. Therefore the information about the use and movements on the page that are created by the Cookie are saved on our server. Your IP-address is anonimyzed before it gets saved. Matomo-Cookies will stay on your computer until you delete them. The storage of Matomo-Cookies is grounded on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In this case an „Opt-Out-Cookie“ will be stored on your computer which will prevent Matomo from collecting your data. We are using the data exclusively to send the requested information and will not transfer them to third parties. The handling of the data which are filled in the Newsletter-Registration-Form is based on your permission (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revise your permission at any time e.g. by using the inserted link “unsubscribe”. The legality of the data handling up until your revision will remain unaffected by your revision. The data you transferred to us for receiving the newsletter will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted afterwards. Data that have been stored for other purposes will remain unaffected.

Our Webpage uses plugins of the webpage YouTube, hosted by Google. Host of the webpages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages which has such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube-server will be established. During this procedure, the YouTube-server receives information about the pages you visited on our webpage.
