We would like to thank you for coming to our booth and showed us that we are on the right way to continuously offer systems according to your needs. This has been the most successful InnoTrans for FOGTEC ever and for that we would like to say THANK YOU to all of you!
For the 8th time FOGTEC was “onboard” of InnoTrans, which opened its doors on the 20th of September. A lot of visitors had the opportunity to meet the sales team, our technicians and engineers as well as the company’s management and talked about the newest developments of fire protection requirements worldwide and business relations of course. One of the higlights was our booth-party on Thursday where live-music and a hilarious atmosphere created great conclusion of the day.

3000+ SIL series
SAFE with SIL 2
FOGTEC´s fire detection series 3000+ has received a big brother, the 3000+ SIL series. With a new center unit and its related components this is the world´s first complete fire detection and firefighting system covering all requirements up to SIL 2. The new center unit is developed especially for railway application. It unifies FOGTEC´s and its customer´s experience regarding to flexibility in design, modular architectures, diagnostic interfaces and reliability.
Flame Detection
Approved for Railway
For the first time FOGTEC will present two types of flame detectors approved for the railway application with an interface which can be integrated into the series 3000+ fire detection systems. A lot of research and development was done to analyze new ways and solutions for further optimizations. The results are two different types of flame detectors, one for interior integration, and one for harsh environment as engines areas.
iCOM
Digital system and fleet management
In cooperation with Knorr-Bremse - Rail Services FOGTEC is working on a digital system and fleet management (iCOM). With this system, condition based maintenance becomes a daily issue and is the first step to predictive maintenance. With this technology totally new full-service concepts can be realized. At our booth you will get a live insight to iCOM and the opportunities this new system will bring to the market.
